Regulatory Authorities Under NREPA:   Part 31, Water Resources Protection; Part 301, Inland Lakes and Streams; and Part 303, Wetlands Protection, of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, 1994 PA 451, as amended (NREPA).

The applicant proposes: to remove, and replace two stream culverts, one lake equalization culvert, and three wetland equalization culverts, impact a total of 0.110 acres within 10 separate wetlands, and place a total of 93 cubic yards of riprap erosion protection.
