NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO: THE RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF RILEY, ST CLAIR COUNTY, MICHIGAN, AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a PUBLIC HEARING will be held at the regular meeting of the Riley Township Planning Commission on November 20, 2023 at 7 p.m. located at Riley Township Hall, 13016 Belle River Road, Riley, MI 48041.
The purpose of this hearing is TO ACCEPT COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC on proposed amendment to Zoning Ordinance 33, Article IX, Section 919. Ponds.
The proposed ZONING ORDINANCE will be available for examination at the Township Office located at 13042 Belle River Road during regular business hours. Riley Township Zoning Ordinance, Proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment, and zoning maps are available online at rileytownship.com.
Comments from the public are welcomed either in person or in writing. Written comments from the public can be sent to Riley Township Office located at 13042 Belle River Road, Riley, MI 48041, by fax to (810) 392-2918, or by email to PC@rileytownship.com prior to the above scheduled meeting date.
Riley Township will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services to individuals upon advanced notice by contacting the Township Office at (810) 392-2326 during regular business hours prior to the above meeting date.
This notice is pursuant to the requirements of the Riley Township Zoning Ordinance and the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act PA 110 of 2006 as amended.
